Family Vacation to Panama City Beach
This weekend my family and I went on a trip to Panama City Beach for spring break. Here are some highlights!
Peering over the pier
We stayed near Bay Point on the first day, and the weather was BEAUTIFUL! I could not get over how teal the ocean looked or how blue the sky was. Evan showed us gulls, terns, and northern gannets soaring above the tossing blue water in the distance.
My lovely parents.
My parents celebrated their twenty-seventh wedding anniversary this weekend. I am so happy for them!
Andrew joyously photobombing.

Evan watching warblers at St. Marks National Wildlife Preserve
One of the weekend’s adventures included a day trip to St. Marks National Wildlife Preserve. Evan and I got to see “Pinky,” the resident wild American flamingo.
One of my favorite parts of the trip was going to Captain Anderson’s Restaurant for dinner. This beautiful octopus came home with us. We named him Wallace Snu, or Wally for short. :)
My mom enjoying the sunset
The sunsets were magical and the sea foam refreshing… but best of all was getting to spend time with my family.
